The Channeling
Session

60 - 75 mins

Our channeling session begins with us spending about 10 - 20
minutes talking and for me to get an understanding of what is
happening in your life at the moment and what questions we need to
ask for guidance on.

Then we have the channeling session where we get information from
greater consciousness about your circumstance. This information is
about you receiving the things you need to know to empower yourself,
heal, and be aware of situations. As a medium I am channeling this
information on your behalf. I describe this like reading a book in a big
library which has your name on it, and reading it aloud to you.

During the session I use a mixture of divination tools: tarot cards, a
pendulum, or sometimes no tool (depending on how easily the
information is flowing). It’s important to not get hung up on these tools as
the important thing is really being able to connect with and harness the
information and guidance coming through for you.

It’s important to be mentally prepared for this part. You will get a lot of
guidance around your circumstance. A lot of things will shift and make
sense but sometimes people aren’t ready to get unstuck! Are you ready?

It also important for me to mention that I encourage people to take an active part in their journey to self
improvement. Therefore the information and guidance you receive is meant to help you get an overview of
what work needs to be done to shift things. I try not to take appointments with the same clients more than
every three months to encourage them to work on their issues. One appointment is enough to last about 3 -
6 months usually.

Everyone who has done a session finds a certain amount of clarity, relief, and feeling of ‘aha’ when gaining a
new perspective, and understanding how to overcome blocks they are experiencing. A lot of confusion, pain
and feeling ‘lost’ or ‘stuck’ is let go of and can be highly freeing. There are quite often tears of relief and a lot
of things to process and some re-orientation to do after a session. So I encourage you to take the day off to
process what comes up. This will be a time where I promise you, you will want to get your head around things.
So please do not schedule a session when you are busy or making a lot of social plans on the same day.

Towards the end of the session we recap everything, and highlight what are the most important and
actionable takeaways for you in this moment.

Oftentimes I will suggest books, supplements, certain treatments, types of healing methodolgies or simple
actions to take once you leave the session. These are aligned with the guidance we received about you and
your circumstances and is totally different for everyone.

I will take notes during the session of what’s coming up. A lot pf people take recordings too (which you are
welcome to do). Sometimes, the information can be quite a lot to take in on your first time hearing it! One of
my clients told me she listened to our session 4 times or more after recording it. So don’t worry if you don’t
get everything the first time around. I will also send you an email recap with links, suggestions and action
steps where appropriate. This is really helpful as something to refer to.This is included in the price of the
session.

Due to the fact that people come to me from all walks of life and I too

help and support I try to keep prices for my services reasonable. The
session takes a lot of my concentration, energy and time (usually 60-75
mins) and I have a normal rate and a concession rate

only for those who are unemployed or students or going through
severe financial hardship.

The normal rate is €75 and the concession rate is €55.
